I am desperate to lose weight, i currently weigh just over ten stone and would like to be about 8 (i am 5 foot 6)
This is my diet and exercise plan..
Breakfast…brown toast with jam
Lunch…3 ryvita with cottage cheese
Dinner…chicken with broccoli, cauliflower and sweetcorn
Snack…apple
Also, swim 4 times a week, and aerobics once a week
