When you’ve a skin sore, and say it is cancerous, is it whats behind the sore, or the part you can't see thats worse, or is it only the sore thats cancerous?

A red small pimple with raised edges appeared about 2-3 weeks ago.
It has got slightly more massive, not much, and not as red.
I have included a couple of photos for your views.
I posted these photos on a site, but no replies.

i have heard of a trick that if you rub lemons on freckles, they eventually disappear.. is that true?? =] thanks

I've developed a nasty itch “down below” along with a rather humiliating rash.
I usually use talcum powder after showering after sport but have recently run out and am using pepper as a substitute; could this be anything to do with it?
