Agnus Castus. I started taking this herb just under a month ago and it seems to have helped with my PMS. I’m no where near as bad I was last month. Anyway, my period seems to be 4 days early. It's usually like clockworks each 28 days. Can this herb make ones period come on sooner????

Answer:
Unlikely. It is far more prone to be due to hormones in your environment.

There is good scientific evidence that women synchronise their periods, for example. Their are also significant levels of hormones in drinking water and plastics (including food wraps).

Please be aware that Vitex Agnus Castus poses risks during pregnancy, so you should suspend its use if you’re trying to conceive.

Agnus Castus increases prolactin.

Answer:
Yes, one of it's specific properties is cleaning out the plumbing. It's working by speeding up your period.
