Can anyone tell me if they’ve tried acupuncture for weight loss, what it was like and if it works please?

Acupuncture is good in small doses by a practitioner who knows what they're doing. Unfortunately there are a lot of people practising it who don't really know what they're doing.
My advice is only go for it if you're sure the person who's treating you is trustworthy & he/she really knows what they're doing.
I haven't tried it for weight loss but don't think it'll work for that.
The only advice I’ve for weight loss is this book by a very respected author on spirituality. She mainly works with the angelic realms but she is an excellent writer on spiritual things.
