Kalms and Bachs are very good options, but there are several other options available if you can't find them (or don't want to afford them). A few other popular natural products for stress are GABA, L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, 5-HTP, and L-Tryptophan.

Also, cutting caffeine and sugar (if you’re ingesting any) can help to reduce stress quite a bit. Aside from that, try to reduce sources of stress and find other things to do that you enjoy to try to de-stress (go to a spa, workout, play a game, etc). Good luck!

Have you ever thought about going for a healing session? Most healing centres (worldwide) offer healing and you usually pay by donation. Alternatively you can ask for distance healing.

Check out the website http://www.nfsh.org.uk/

It is non religious, non political and much cheaper and practitioners have high standard of training - over 2 years. Most people have heard of Reiki - this is similar but in my opinion superior because practitioners are insured and must belong to the NFSH, and must adhere to their code of ethics
