I find I get very bloated after eating, even after like a mouthful its not like I'm stuffing myself. This is my only problem I don't get stomach ache or anything or feel sick or have wind to go with it (embarrassing) its just the bloating.
Are there any herbal tablets out there that people have tried that really have worked to halt this.
Thanks in advance
Answer:
The Activated Charcoal capsules work great for some people. Drinking more water can often help with bloating that’s caused by gas. The following herbs are helpful with bloating: cinnamon, gentian, horehound, dandelion, peppermint, lemon balm, and caraway. Any of these herbs taken in a tea 3 to 4 times a day may provide some relief for you.

apparrently charcoal tablets are good. Also try chewing your food for longer before swallowing, avoid talking when you’re eating.
