I’ve not tried it for anxiety. But I do use it to help with my dry hair. My hair now, isn't that dry and damage like last month. It's more healthier looking and feeling. I have also stopped using a lot of hair products to help with a shine. The only back lash that I’ve had from fish oils is my face was combination skin and now it's more oily than last month!

But I love it!

Answer:
fish oil is great! It has been found to help with depression, and I find it helps with pms and my skin also. We lack omega 3 in our diets these days which throws us off balance. Glad to hear your anxiety is superior!! Good luck! and keep taking it! :)
