im making an aromatherapy mix for my husband to use at the gym which will get his circlulation going. Im putting it into a spray bottle so dont want it too thick.
am i right in saying that i shouldnt dilute the base oil with water to make it less thick?
instead of using a base oil, shall i use distiled water (and put the essential oils into the water and not oil)
He can still use it in the same way cant he?
THank you x
Answer:
Yes,
Use distilled water instead of oil.
It will be fine as long as he gives the bottle a little shake before spraying. (to mix the oils back in as they will float to the top as oil does)
Answer:
USE ROSE WATER AND THEN MAKE A MIXTURE.
