i suffer from insomnia and yesterday there was a advert for these wristbands wat u put round your wrist and they are supposed to relax you they’re £9.99 each. as anyone used them,do they work any info would be welcome.

I've suffered from insomnia on and off for 3 years, and tried pretty much everything. I advocate giving it a go, as I've found different things work for different people. You don't mention how severe or how long your insomnia has lasted, so I think it depends on how desperate you’re.
Insomnia is almost totally psychological, so it might be time to find the underlying cause of sleeplessness - its usually stress, guilt or depression. If you feel this will help though, try it out. I personally didn't find them much use.
