This day I went to tesco's and purchased some organic honey to try cure my hay fever, however I'm not sure if it will be effective. Because nowhere on the bottle I can't find the word 'local' anywhere.
Cheers.
Answer:
get to you nearest farmers market and find the honey man, ask how far away his hives are from where you live- the honey needs to be from within 75km of where you live to be effective for hay fever.
Also you need to eat about 25 litres of honey to begin to get any effect. It is best to begin this regime months ahead of allergy season.
Answer:
As you've left it too late this year try some Butterbur tablets

Local honey works best because the bees that make it have fed on local to you pollen,to which you’re presumably allergic.
It's homeopathic but you need to get on with it before the hay-fever season starts.
Answer:
No. You need to get some from a LOCAL farm shop.
