i havent slept in the last 3 days so im shattered! does anyone have any natural remedies to put me to sleep haha or help me sleep?

try melatonin it is very effective..take 5 mg then later go to 3-5mg

even the cheap kind from dollar general is fine on this

also breathing lavender essential oil by sprinkling it on sheets and pillows is very good..when I could never sleep on bus trips to protest in dc for 12 hours or so, finally breathing this got me to sleep all but an hour of the time I wanted to sleep and everyone around me too lol

and yes there are natural remedies to help you sleep.
if you go to a nutural food store or even a GNC near you….. you can find pills called calms forte which contains all the natural herbs to help you sleep and is non addictive. or if you want the name of some natural herbs that will help you sleep here are the names

Valerian root (smells stinky, but i suggest it)
passion flower
Melatonin which is also good
I have also heard that if you just put a dab of lavender oil on your pillow there is something in the smell that helps you calm down and sleep but i have never tried it.
