What exactly do you mean by this question?

A chakra is an point in your body which is an energy centre within your body of which we all have 7.

A chakra isn’t “physical” so therefore you cannot snap it or break it. If it's not working properly, this would indicate a blockage and therefore, physical symptoms would manifest.

To mend a blockage, consult a therapist who will be able to rebalance your chakras. Alternatively, Doreen Virtue does a good chakra book which has various chakra meditations in it and also comes with a cd with guided meditations on it to enable you to rebalance yourself.

If you could give more information as to what’s happening and why you think that your chakra is “snapped” that would be most helpful.

Answer:
Which Chakra was it?

I don't actually care cos I wouldn't know one form another but hey a stupid question deserves a stupid answer.

I like the Kondilini cement answer. that one will get my vote.

Edit:

###lightnin: in terms of stupidity i would put it level with “like cures like” and water with a memory###

Ok David so this is harmless right?

Please advise me of an altmed therapy that kills or maims a greater percentage of people than allopathy?

It might be stupid, but there might also be something in it.

I'm not asking you to believe that just to take into account it as a possibility.

Failing to consider this possibility without conclusive proof is nothing short of a zealous beleif system.
