Which herbal supplements/teas will help clear up greasy skin and blemishes?
Answer:
yarrow, red clover, lavender, chamomile, calendula, dandelion, seabuckthorn berry (all as either a tea or supplement)
and yes oils/herbs have been proven to be effective in getting rid of blemishes and oiliness because of their anti inflammatory and astringency
Answer:
Lavender oil and sage oil.
EDIT
Oils internally? I don't think ingesting any herb/oil has proved beneficial for greasy skin and blemishes. Topically, the above mentioned oils can calm the skin and act as a decongestant/antibacterial properties…I use them. Check out Dr Hauska and green tea has great benefits/antioxidants

Answer:
You might try camomile tea! Several cups a day have a soothing, calming and drying effect and is a natural anti-inflammatory. You can purchase it in bulk or in tea bags. Look for lots of flowers and petals and not so many sticks. It's the flower that's the ideal part for teas! Good luck.

Supplement your food with wheat germ, nutritional yeast and whole grains, beans and nuts.
