Answer:
Don't take kava kava with Diazepam. They may work similarly:

So baring that in mind, it wouldn’t be wise to take both together or you could see a doubling up of effects and that could be potentially harmful. Speak to a pharmacist or medical physician when in doubt.
Kava kava isn’t available here in the UK, or the rest of Europe, having been banned in 2003. It was deemed unsafe as in rare cases it has been associated with liver damage. If you insist on taking Kava kava get some liver function tests done regularly….stay safe. I would avoid it though if I was you and I wouldn’t take diazepam either. If you are still dependent on that then speak to your doctor about coming off of it safely. There are other anti-anxiety herbs you can safely take: Lemon balm, Passiflora incarnata, Avena sativa. Then there is magnesium….the anti-stress mineral, and B complex vitamins…..the anti-stress vitamins. But don't take any herbs if you are on [prescribed medications before speaking to a doctor or pharmacist first.
Ideal wishes.

get real stuart. these are very potent drugs unless you have a chronic disorder I don't comprehend why you would need diazapm after all of this time, they are addictive so don't come off them without doctors help and advice. get rid of the drink and in 3 months your life will be so much better.
