I sometimes takea skin, hair and nails (which basicaly means it has lots of different vitamins in it) tablet and lately I've been taking Spiralina which is vitamin rich as well.
I'm wondering if I could substitute the vitamin tablets for the Spiralina and I'm wondering if they become useless when taken together because the body wants to flush out the extra vitamins. thanks.

It's not non-beneficial, but it's perfectly safe to. Spirulina does have more vitamins and minerals than most other plants out there, but it doesn't have anywhere near what a multivitamin has (or anywhere near the RDA, so you couldn't live on just Spirulina, for example). Taking Spirulina in addition to a multi would give you extra protein, Amino Acids, Chlorophyll, RNA/DNA, and other nutrients that a multi just doesn't have.

Also, the body will only flush out the water-soluble vitamins (C and the B Vitamins), but will store the fat-soluble ones (A, D, E, and K) will be stored in your system and can lead to toxic levels if you get too much (and minerals can build up in similar ways).

Beneficial is to take as few tablets as possible

Vit C self ejects if too much but all others don’t and are probably the reason why so many Americans are suffering from something

For nails and hair, eat broccoli slosh once per month (millet cooked in vegi stock and broccoli (or similar) cooked in vegi stock - when cooked, drain and mix). Get the human millet and not the birdie stuff but the effect is the same

For skin, water is good and, if you live by the sea, you need nothing but a good face wash daily

NOOOOOOOO. The body only flushes out excess Vit C

Keep off tabis and get away from the many Ami posh diseases which you really don't need. One Multi-Vit tablet per day, two days, week should do the trick

PS Tablet shops will react wildly to this posting as usual but it is true and can be researched on Google. Who the heck wants to suffer from multi-multi-whatever anyhow?

you’re superior to taske superfoods than vitamin pills. I would advocate instead oif both these taking herbdoc.com superfood. Many report super positive changes with it. The formula contains spirulina and chorella and many other superfoods.
