The most common reason for headaches are due to dehydration so make sure first that you drink a lot of water …… mint tea and feverfew are two herbal supplements that help with headaches …… = )

Answer:
there are MANY reasons for headaches and there’s no just one herb to cure it.

State the headache is tension then something to lower tension would be used. IF from dehydration then drinking a couple of good hydrating types of water like pedalyte would get rid of it.

IF a migraine perhaps detoxing would get rid of the tendency to these types of headaches.

Now most times the Australian Bush Flower Essences Emergency Essence will help BUT the underlying cause still needs to be addressed, sometimes other ABFE essences can help but the main thing is to find out the underlying cause of the headache.

Most of the time taking magnesium supplement will get rid of the headache. Migraines are usually a result of a magnesium deficiency. It just really depends on what type of headache you’ve.
