i think ive got a cold, ive got a really stuffy nose and its so annoying. i cant even breathe through my nose, i have to do it through my mouth

Colds are caused by virus which is passed from another person who has the infection through droplets which are breathed in or through the eyes
Stuffy nose can be helped by steaming inhalation which will break down the phlem and mucous and help you to breathe superior…Lozenges for sore throats, chicken soup and old remedy but quite effective..the garlic in it contains powerful antibacterial properties and might help improve the immune system…Keeping warm/ drinking enough water through the day to prevent dehydration and eating plenty of fruit/vegetables packed with essential vitimans as well.
