Is Kapake that strong it makes you drowsy?

I had a head ache lastnight (well about 1am this monring) and took 1 kapake and within 1/2 hour i was almost asleep.

Is that normal?

yes it is the stronger version of co-codomol which is codeine and paracetamol and can make you drowsy but did it get rid of your headache?

Yes. I fell from scaffolding and didn't s;eep through pain for 4 days. 1 kaapake later and I was zonked for 3 days.
