im due to have a tooth out later on today, but i have a addiction to amphetamine. im on amphetamine now and was wondering if the local anasetic will cause som sort of bad reaction. serios question,

i dont think you will have a bad effect, if anything the local wont be as effective and you will need a much greater dose to get the same effect.

billy wont effect the anaesthetic, at one time charlie was used as the anaesthetic, try not to be speeding when you turn up, or you wont stop talking long enough for the dentist to do his job.

You need to tell the doctor. He's not the amphetamine police and won't report you, but he/she needs to know what you're taking.

You need to discuss with your dentist which agent he intends to use. Here is a thought that may not have occurred to you, why not give up the amphetamines?
