i started taken manuka honey almost 4 days ago and getting awful pains in my chest and like my lungs and pains down my the tube into the stomach (going from throat) would that just be the honey cleaning me out and working??? and maybe healing me feel like **** this morning

no it wouldnt do anything like that,i have eaten it and it is symptomless

It could be working it's magic or you could be taking to much and to strong a
% of it.If your starting on 15 for example that's like going on a high vitamin
rather than building.

It's delicious but it's not medicine. That pain might be heartburn, but I doubt that the honey caused that.
