no they don't my ex took them and there was no noticeable difference he didnt need them anyway but apparently men dont take our word for it anyway so sorry they are supposed to increase blood flow to that area but sorry youll just have to deal with it and learn how to compensate for IT

Like anything else, if you believe in them they will help a bit (placebo effect).
Medically they’re not proven, and probably dont do anything beyond that.
