my freind has Ulcerative Colitis, he is being treated by the physician but also wants to try other things. what do you think would be better reflexology or aromatherapy??
Answer:
Both of these can help in smal ways, with relaxation… Removing any amount of stress from your life makes you feel superior! The thing with both of these, is that they are VERY affordable! A little bit of scented oil goes a long way!! The reflexology can be done at home with applied pressure on a certain point on your feet and hands. Again, not expensive. I would recommend that your friend see a holistic practitioner… The right nutrients go a long way. There’s also accupuncture. I had debilitating migraines, and very bad athsma issues. My accupuncturist told me that my athsma wasn’t the problem with my breathing, but that I was anemic… Just by looking at my tongue! Needless to say, a week later, my blood results came back saying the same thing she had told me… We found the root of the problem, I had a hysterectomy, and voila! No more anemia! By the way, the migraines are under control, because of the accupuncture!
Answer:
Not sure if either treatment is recommended with that medical condition, better check with a physician first but I would recommend reflexology. The body supposidly has 7 shankra points running from head to toe so various points in the foot match to the lines & a succesful treatment should re-align the shankra points for a healthier state. Good luck to your friend.
Answer:
Neither is any use at all. They are just ways of making money from vulnerable people.
I apologise to the angry woman who e-mailed me; but that’s my opinion.
