Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to dispose of my sharps??!
Answer:
If needles are required to inject your medication then you need a sharps disposal container. They are yellow and should be provided to you on prescription from your GP.
Actual disposal depends on your locations. Some local councils collect sharp bins for people, but there is sometimes a fee for this. In most cases, your GP surgery and pharmacy run a collection service and this is usually free of charge.

If you are diabetic then you should be provided with a sharps box to dispose of your needles?
Otherwise take them to your local chemist who will be happy to dispose of them for you (this is where i take my epipens).
Never dispose of them through normal household waste as i am sure you’re aware.
Answer:
