Does anyone know the ideal cure for Tinitus.

As someone else said, there is no cure. I suffer from it too. Turns out it really isn’t ringing in your ears but rather in your head. What causes it is calcium deposits in the canals break off and move around. Sometimes they bond back and it goes away, other times it does not. Be wise and don't waste your money on snake oils, every one sells something in a health food store, most products have no proven scientific nor medical validity but rather wishful thinking false claims.

There is no cure. You can experiment with various foods to reduce the volume.
Avoid coffee, colas, any caffeine drinks, canola oil, and soy products other than fermented soy such as soy sauce.
Coconut oil is recommended for cooking.

i have similar problem. and an ent specialist told me to tolerate it. because there’s no special care for it. But get your self checked for any other problem which looks like tinnitus. best of luck
