The first answer made part of a good point. Vitamins and supplements give your body nutrition it's otherwise lacking so your body can be healthier. They don't force a reaction, so it won't be the same timeframe for everyone to “feel the effect”. Most people do notice the benefits of a supplement within anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
I also partially agree with the second answer… dexpantenol is a drug and I'm not sure why they have it in there. You can read more about it at http://www.drugs-pro.com/skin-problems/d… (a sales website, but it was the only place I could find on Yahoo that had background on it). However, it looks like the only sites I could find that sell Vivioptal are in Spanish, so they aren't mis-spellings… I would be cautious on the same token, though.
The biggest impact on “time to work” you're going to see is that this is essentially a multivitamin. Some people notice an energy boost, superior circulation, clearer breathing, or all sorts of other benefits if they’ve been deficient on any of those nutrients… but if you've got an sufficient diet that as even a decent amount of the basic vitamins and minerals, you may not see as much of a “direct effect” compared to others.
On the flip side, Manuka honey is very good for the immune system and can help with energy, so you'll probably notice a more direct effect from that. Good luck and I hope I helped!
Answer:
I wouldn’t take this supplement. I do not trust a companies product when there are lots of mis-spellings on the ingredient label. What kind of quality control do they have? And it is somewhat expensive AND there are ingredients that I never heard of and I’ve done lots of dietary products reading. A better choice would be Willvite from Willner Chemists in NYC. Willner.com. And dexpantenol is a drug
Answer:
What do you mean by “work”? Vitamins are NOT drugs - they do not “induce” a certain response in the body.
Vitamins are, by definition, organic molecules needed in small amounts in the diet. They’re needed for thousands of different biochemical functions and processes in the body. They’re NOT drugs that create or mask symptoms.

You're going to have to be seriously malnourished (think slum in Africa, trapped on a desert island or famine victim) before you'll ever see THOSE benefits.
If you’ve a pc and world wide web access, chances are that you get enough vitamins from your diet.
