Umm where could i get sleeping pills from that don't cost a bomb but work? (not prescription)..
Answer:
Try going to a health store and buying valerian capsules, they’re herbal and fairly cheap but do not take more then recommended, what ever you do please don't be tempted to begin prescription sleeping pills.
Since the age of 14 years i took high doses of valium off my gp for sleep, then tuinal, then mandrax, then mogodon, then halcion and many other types, try to cope not sleeping by not worrying about lack of sleep.
I was doing very well sleeping good for past two months but have ufortunately again hit a bad sleeping pattern, i can get off fairly well after about 20 minutes but wake three to four times a night, i tell myself i can get back to sleep and never think about laying there, i also wake very early just before first light, i get up pretty early to cope.

Buy herbal and some benadryl take 1 one night the other the next, see which one works better.
Bet ya 5 dollars benadryl would work superior. They aren't additive.
