TREADMILL
time = 60mins + 5mins cool down
calories = 491
heart rate = 129-192 max.
ROWER
time = 5.25mins
calories = 45
BIKE
time = 15mins + 5mins cool down
calories = 88
CROSS TRAINER
time = 20mins + 5mins cool down
calories = 260
