I have seen a slick cross trainer, nearly a commercial one, has speakers to hook up your mp3 player, fans, all electrical, powered from mains, nice piece of kit.

hey i always sweat really badly and it goes through onto clothes and its really embarrassing i always wash under my arms and shave then use anti perspirant dedorant but i still sweat .. i think its because of nerves because im a shy person .. please help thanks xx

breakfast- bowl of fruit and fibre
lunch- 2 pieces of toast on wholemeal bread, 1 with peanut butter the other with marmite (no butter)
