Well basically its the first time im actually trying to loose weight.
Morning:
Lunch:
Dinner:
5 Fruit/Veg throughout the day
Also I’ll attend gym from 5-8 and do various things like swimming, indoor cycling and aerobics
If you could suggest what I could eat as part of my healthy diet It would really help. (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner)
