Answer: 1st - 4ft 12 is 5 feet tall
2nd - 2 stone = 28 lbs, not 24
healthfully, to lose that much weight, you should not lose more than 1 1/2 to 2 lbs a week maximum. So, it should take at least 3 months to lose that weight.

My 16 year old son is touching 6 foot 3 and weighs just under 140lbs.
He was assesed at a gym (which he does not frequent often) and the girl told him his BMI was far too low.
