Try pectoral exercises, like push ups. They won't target weight loss in your boobs (it's impossible to target weight loss), but they’ll make them more perky, which will help with confidence issues. it states that 100grams dry weight is 178 calories.
it states that 125grams when cooked becomes 190grams in weight,presumably 65grams come from the added water.?
