my mum & father are hoping for me to get braces soon but i am scared i have never had a filling or had a pulled tooth out in my life and i am wondering do braces injured??? My parents state it's just a bit of discomfort but it is good in the long run! help i do want braces but i don't at the same time what to do what to do…

Answer:
I just got braces a few months ago, and it's really not that bad. When they put them on, it won't hurt at all, but you will feel a tiny anguish for the first week or two. It will injured a bit when you eat though. But overall, I think you'll survive. The good thing is, you’ll notice results very quickly, in about a week or so time! After a week or two, the anguish will basically be unnoticeable, and you'll have no problem eating too. Don't worry, I think getting braces is a great choice. I know that you'll have a beautiful smile when the braces come off! Say CHEESE!

Answer:
i'm going to be honest with you. yes, it hurts. the separators hurt, and then when they put the braces on, that's just horrible. it hurts to eat, speak, or even move your mouth for a while. but your parents are right. it's better for you in the long run. i didn't want mine, but my parents made me, and now i've got this gorgeous smile that i never would have had without my braces.

Answer:
Braces arent as bad as some people make it out to be. I had braces like two years ago and i seriously went home and ate a sandwich the day i got them on.

I think the second day is worse and your teeth sorta feel like they're loose but just take advil and you should be fine. After a while you wont even realize that you’ve them on.

Good Luck, they’re completely worth it!!!

Answer:
no i have braces right at this moment And i dont find them uncomfortable x

at first they feel quite weird but ive had them for 2 months and im used to them now :)
you should be fine just think of the outcome of straight white teeth :)

Answer:
i would definitely get them, they are painful at first and once they’re tightened each time your teeth will ache but they’re definitely worth it in the long run! :) and no they don’t hurt to be put on!

Answer:
they prob injured your parents more than you!! I just pair £700 for my daughters brace, I cried all week! Whats up with a quirky wonky tooth, they were called character building in my day!

Answer:
They don't really injured but can be very uncomfortable for the first week or two

Answer:
Hey, for about the first week or so they do ache, but after that you get used to them (:
And the results are really really good. X
