Does brushing with soap work and would it be suitable to use with imperial leather soap. Also are there any risks from doing this. Interested because I’ve read a few articles about it.

Answer:
Fluoride is one of the most important things about toothpaste. It topically helps to strengthen your teeth. It's the only way to get the ones in your mouth stronger. Toothpaste also has a gritty texture, that in combination with your brushing, gets all of the plaque off of your teeth. Brushing without toothpaste is better than not brushing at all, but soap, no matter the brand, won't do the same thing.

Answer:
I don't think it's a good idea to use any kind of ordinary soap on your teeth.

There’s a tooth soap you can buy which is specially made for teeth. And that's what it is called “tooth soap”.

Here's an American web page on it.

Answer:
The original purpose of toothpaste was to just have some flavoring on your tooth brush. The tooth brush was doing all the work. But, now they’ve put Fluoride in it..a necessity to prevent cavities and tartar buildup.

Answer:
I wouldn't do it. There is special stuff in toothpaste designed to help your teeth. Besides, you never know where that soap has been!

Answer:
It has tiny to do with the “paste” and all to do with the scrubbing.

Answer:
Why would you want to? That's bizarre.

Answer:
eww that would taste REALLY gross haha

but i guess it could work aha
