I'll assume that this is a serious question. A tendency towards dental malocclusions (buck teeth or underbite, to use the colloquial terms) is inherited, just as brown eyes or blond hair is inherited. I’ve a class II malocclusion with a lower jaw that is too small in relationship to the upper, exactly the same as my mum has. I am not, however, a result of inbreeding. My dad had great teeth, but unfortunately, I didn't inherit his nice smile, whereas my half-sister did.
Inbreeding, or a small gene pool will greatly enhance the tendency towards inherited conditions, including dental malocclusions, because there’s no “fresh blood” coming in to cancel out the effect of the defective genes.
If close family members frequently interbreed, chances are over a few generations all offspring would eventually come to resemble each other quite closely, and share any genetic defects.

Not soley DNA - to a more massive extent its the way in which your teeth are treated, and if you suffer any damage early in your development (to the jaw bone).
My lower set is also offset somewhat, determined by my DNA, made worse by growing more teeth than i should do.

i would think more or less it will affect the teeth, since tooth formation is from genetic and DNA of the parents also.
the number, structure and form of teeth may or may not be different from normal human dentition. i'm not too sure also.

No, it's a result of poor dental hygiene, if you're referring to decay or bad luck , if you mean that they’re poorly aligned. It sounds like a good reason to visit a dentist either way.
