since i woke up yesterday my gums have formed a little ball shaped thing right behind one of my very back lower teeth. it hurts a tiny bit if i touch it. what is this and do i need a dentist or will it go away?

You should wash your mouth with salt &warm water - and spit it out again. you can do this after you brush your teeth.
i think its an infection/bacteria thing. if it gets worse go see the dentist.
it should disapear in a few days!

The wisdom tooth in the upper left corner was drilling an ulcer in my lower gum. This isn't drugs speaking, the problems went away as soon as the tooth was out.

think of it as a pimple on the gums.. yes it will eventually go away give it a week or 2
