My tongue is feeling very dry. Only on the top of it, the bottom is wet, and normal. It hasn't changed colour, or it doesn't hurt, does anyone have any idea what this could be?

It could be that you have a dry mouth this condition is called xerostomia. This can be caused by some medications if you are taking any check the side affects.
There are different things you can use to help this, drinking helps also.
Ideal thing to do is to go and see your dentist and ask their advice.
