I am overweight and have a reliance on sugary foods in big quatities to relieve stress and anxiety. I’ve little interest in savoury food and eat well balanced meals. Despite this I have the ability to only lift my mood and take away my worries by eating HUGE quantities of bad foods llike packets of biscuits and massive chocolate bars in numeous quantities. This is causing me teeth problems and I’m now oveweight by 2.5 stones. It is destroying my self confidence and I hate the way i look.

I have tried to pull myself away from it at the point I recognise I’m giving into it but just can't do without. I feel I am in a vicious circle I’ll never get out of.

Any advice/tips please?

Why is any of that garbage in your house in the first place? Throw it out or have someone else eat it, go to a supermarket and purchase good food. If you don't have bad food, it can't tempt you.

Have someone else in your house check you constantly to make sure you don't go crazy. Plan your meals ahead of time (1 day), everything down to the amount (cals, fat, carbs, protein), time you eat, and serving size. This is very important at first. Register for free at fitday.com to keep your nutrition levels in tact.

Keep busy, you can't be that hungry in one day, your binge is probably out of boredom or stress. If you're out exercising or hanging out with someone (make sure they keep good habits), you're not eating bad food.

Eat 6 healthy (relative size) meals per day, 3 square meals and 3 good snacks, and drink water. Whenever you're tempted to eat outside of your planned meals, go outside and do anything except eat.

Breakfast 7:00

Snack 10:00

Lunch 12:00

Snack 3:00

Dinner 5:00

Snack 8:00

All healthy food, don't even be near bad food, and never “reward” yourself with a cheat meal. Water with each meal, water in between meals if you're still hungry.

Read nutrition labels, get protein at each meal (total for the day should be 1 gram per pound of your body weight), it takes a while to digest and it will keep you from binging and it will make you feel full. Only get your carbs from fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Don't fast, starve, or skip meals, google “starvation mode”, it will destroy your muscle tissue and conserve fat, and eventually bring on binges.

Check out a revolutionary product called Form from O3 World that was developed by a doctor to deal with overeating and portion control.

Answer:
Why don't you go see a hypnotherapist.

Answer:
Try fasting.

It's very good when you want to cleanse your whole body.

Drink Lots of water, it keeps you full and is healthy for your skin, eyes, and overall Everything.

Fasting usually lasts between 3 to 28 days max. When I fast it's usually only 3 days to a week.

Fasting also allows your body to recognize how much food you actually need (you notice when you feel full). You realize when your actually hungry, or just stressed and bored.

Trust me, you begin to feel healthy within the first couple days, and your mood lifts. Just remember, whenever you reach for something that's bad for you, remind yourself that you're not happy after your done eating those bad foods, otherwise you wouldn't feel the way you do now.

Need any other tips, just ask me = )

Hope I helped!
