I will answer your question directly in a minute, but…

In a way you answered your own question. Don't consider counting each calorie because from what you've listed, I can see that (today) you've listed a healthy and varied diet, low in fat and high in nutrients, however you need to add some different fruit and veg to your diet. There's nothing wrong with having three bananas if you like them but enlist some other fruits and substitute one or two of your bananas for other fruits. I don't see much vitamin C there. There's lots of it in citrus fruits (especially oranges, satsumas, fresh fruit juice etc) and kiwis are also high in vit C.

Veg - preferably green (cabbage, sprouts, broccoli, spinach) will do you the world of good for more reasons than you probably wish for me to list.

Don't stress about calories. Enjoy a varied diet and try to exercise at least twice a week - this includes dancing and other 'fun' activities!

In order to answer your question more precisely, I would advocate that what you've listed contains no more than 1600 calories - but that’s only an estimate as you lack information (ie does the 4 slices of bread include the ham sandwich or do you count the sandwich as extra bread?). Either way you're by no means 'overeating' so chill out and enjoy food!

Burning calories was child's play for me when I began trying out colon cleanse. I acknowledge they state that pills don't work, but they definitely worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. There’s a free trial going on currently at http://cexals.myslimminglive.info , try it out, how worse could it make things?

Answer:
Easiest way is to go to livestrong.com and create an account, then go do daily plate, my plate, and it allows you to track what you have eaten and it keeps count for you. You can also log any exercise that you do.
