Hey, I'm alex and I'm 14, I really need to start eating healthier, I don't like many fruits so it's quite hard, can you give me any tips or help to eating healthier?

I have the exact same problem as you, and I don't wanna give up my food!! So - this is what I did
I LOVE chips! I can’t live without them! So, I made my own. You get a couple of potatoes, peel them, put them in a pot of boiling hot water for 10 minutes, cut them, spray this thing called fry light onto the tray, or extra virgin oil, and put the tray with the potato cuttings in the oven on high (200oc) for 10 minutes. They taste EXACTLY the same as oven chips!
You stated you didn't like all fruit, what about the ones you do like? Eat them, same goes for vegetables. Try and drink loads of water as well.
Also, sometimes I honestly cannot live without unhealthy crap (pardon my french) so try going swimming in the morning or any other type of excersice so you can speed up your metabolisim and eat whatever the hell you want! (VERY good tip for easter!)
Oh and - My FAVOURITE thing to do (I hate some fruit too - so this is what I do, and at least TRY it!)
Get 5 different types of fruit (Apples, Kiwis, Oranges, Pinapple, Grapes, Strawberries & any kind of berries etc.) put them in a fruit blender thing, crush some ice, put it in a glass and DRINK
It is my favourite thing to drink. No kidding. Trust me - I HATE most healthy stuff

eat the fruit you like. Cut down on candy, chocolate, sodas etc. Eat multivitamin tablets to get your vitamins. Have 6-11 servings of bread, ceareal, rice or pasta a day. Try to have 5 portions of fruit/veg.. I know you dont like them sorry!! 2-3 servings of dairy products (milk/yogurt), 2-3 servings of meat/fish. Exercise regularly.. x

hey do you like tomato's? if you do you could make a tomato grilled cheese sandwich,or if you like tomato's and lettuce you could do a veggie burger. for exercise you could take a jog every morning or if you have some weights at home maybe you could use those or you could go to the gym. i hoped i helped
