Answer:
Yes. ABS is a variety of plastic used in plumbing. You walk into home depot and buy some tubing and a handsaw to cut it into bite-sized pieces. Then chew cautiously. May cause constipation.

Answer:
why do people answer questions when they don't know the answer? - The abs diet is not really a diet - it's a healthy eating plan. Involves eating healthy food often. Also gives you a work plan - weights and cardio. - unlike what someone has answered - it's not just abs workout - but whole body - if you stick to it - and avoid sugar it's very good. you should know hard work! buy the book - it worth the money!

Answer:
Ok, these people tried the diet for 2 days and quit. I'm not gonna lie to u. I'm in the 4th week of the abs diet and I've lost 22 pounds! I'm 6' 1" and originally weighed 240 pounds. I acctually had a lot of muscle mass to begin with and I still lost all this weight. Honestly, i've been DECENTLY strict with the diet but not entirely. I still drink HEAVILY 3 nights a week and cheat on a meal at least 3-4 times a week. I guarentee if I would have been more strict I wouldve lost more, but im too social with people for that! I look great, i feel great and have much more energy during the day. Just be extremely strict with the workouts the book gives you. On top of the workouts I go to the gym and do 60 minutes of cardio on the off days. Good luck to you, i EXTREMELY reccommend this diet! It really works….

Answer:
The Abs Diet worked for me! I started on Jan 1, 2008 to Feb 11, 2008 (6 weeks). I religiously followed all meal plans and the exercise program outlined in the book. After 6 weeks, my tummy area is a lot flatter, leaner, and firmer. No, it did not produce a 6-pack, but my before and after picture clearly shows that I lost flab in the tummy area.

The Abs Diet is not really a "diet". It's a way of eating very healthfully… nutritious ingredients spaced out into 6 meals a day. It's very satisfying. I used to eat only twice a day (big lunch and big dinner based mostly on white flour), and now I eat all the time — 6x a day, and I am losing fat! It's amazing. The key here is getting enough protein and doing strength-building exercises which both build muscle. And the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn when your body is at rest. Face it, for the most part of the day, your body is "resting", not working out, so you might as well increase your metabolism while your body is at rest.

This program has taught me the following (which was lacking in my life prior to Jan 1st, 2008): 1) consistently eat breakfast 2) eat 3 snacks a day 3) choose nutritious ingredients 4) enjoy grocery shopping 5) learn how to prepare food efficiently 6) actually utilize my nice kitchen 7) minimize white flour 8) have regular BM 9) comfortably do more push-ups 10) increase the speed of my running

The "ABS Diet" is all good! Nothing bad to say about this. I have decided to keep going now that I have momentum. I scaled it down a bit and work out 4x/day, and I allow myself the pleasure of eating out but choosing the healthiest meals on the menu. I still make smoothies as my mid-morning snack. This is a lifestyle change. I love my tummy now, and I know that it's only a matter of time before I can start showing off an actual 6-pack. But if that never happens, it's cool too, what's important is gaining the knowledge to live a healthier life.
