i never drink much water. until someone told me that it can help when dieting. i am already on a diet. if it does help with weight lose, how?
Answer:
Drinking around 2 litres of water a day flushes toxins from your system and keeps the body hydrated. This means that your body isn't storing water and makes it easier to lose weight.
Answer:
It all depends on what you doing, water is the best drink for your body, we need at least 2 liters of water each day.
1. Water has no calories
2. 0 grams of fat
3. 0 grams of total carbohydrate
4. 0 grams of sugar
But also it has 0 grams of protein, so yea it could help but you really need all you daily vitamins an proteins too.
EX: State that you drink soda only, You are getting plenty of of sugar and most likely might end of with diabetes. But this is also not a great source of protein, vitamins, etc.
But see when your body does not get it daily needs the it will break down muscle and turn it in to fat. No it will not make fat go away, it will just add more.
Also it all depends on the diet that you’re doing, because some diets work really well and then others don't work at all
Answer:
well most of your body is made up of water, you might think the answer is no but it is correct drinking water each day will kick begin weight lose. but its not only factor to help you must eat healthy, exorcise i know exorcise. but i found out that a good way to exorcise is to either join a gym with a partner or friends, wii fit is also good it helps with weight loss and is fun and the whole family can join in. but back to water.. water helps with metabolism which is how a substance is handled in the body. drinking lots of water will help lose weight but may be discouraging as in the first few days your always going to the toilet etc which can put people off but if you stick to your objective then you’ll b e able to do it. hope this helps
Answer:
Yeah I drink a ton of iced tea… Maybe like 6-8 44 ounces a day plus water.
There are 2 things that happen. 1 there are 0 calories in water or iced tea (unsweetened). Second its cold. If you’re drinking ice cold water your body has to heat it up to get rid of it. If you body has to heat a gallon or 2 of water a day it takes many calories to do that. You should do this as a diet but as other said it will keep you full and it actually burns calories to get rid of. Cold water, colder the superior.
Answer:
Drinking water instead of any other liquid would defiantly speed up weight loss.
But drinking to much water can be hazardous, denying vital minerals to vital organs.
So drink as much as you normally would but drink water this time.
Just watch how much superior you feel, plus your skin will start to feel soft and alive!
Answer:
yes it helps, because its just pure liquid, no carbs, no fat, no nothing, just pure water so it wont put anything into your body except itself, if that makes sense.
it alos acts as a “rinse” to flush out toxins already in your body and to help “purify” so to talk, thus helping with weight loss as the toxins wont be in your body anymore
Answer:
Yeah! It actually does. The coldness of the water boosts your metabolism (helping you burn more calories). The water also flushes out your system taking toxins and excess fat with it. Water could also give you the extra energy you want. And it sorta makes you feel more satisfied. So when you’ve a craving, just drink water and voila. Plus, water makes your pee clearer. xD
Answer:
not on the long term as your body also needs important elements from food like proteins and vitamines and water does not contain that.
the first weight loss is due to losing the water you drank in high amounts in the sweat and urine after that your body gets usual to it and you might also gain weight.
