I think you have answered your own question - you know it's wrong, time to widen your meal regimes - have the crunchie as a treat when you have eaten something healthy

Do you mean as part of a balanced 3-meals a day diet or JUST one crunchie to subside for a whole day?
I don't really know what a Crunchie is. If it's chocolate or something similar, maybe not each day. But as a treat once a week, why not?
If it's the only food you'd eat a day then no. No way you can live off 185 calories for a whole day!

it's stupid, it doesn't provide anything nutritionally valuable - it's just sugar and fat, so empty calories - there's nothing in it remotely good for your body
