My brother told me that he lost 9 1/2 lbs in 4 days because he barely ate anything. I’m trying this diet, and it isn't really a starvation diet because I will eat stuff. I’m planning on having 2 slices of wholemeal bread in the mornings for breakfast, and I am going to drink a hell of a lot of water to stay hydrated.
I know that after a little while of not eating much your metabolism slows down. I’m going to be exercising a lot on my trampoline, and just running around. I have heard that pineapple juice speeds up metabolism as well. Does it work if you eat a very calorie diet for a week or two, and then for a couple days eat normally (or a lot, you tell me), and then go back to the low cal diet? I’ve seen it on the web a while ago, but I can't remember the details.
Should I incorporate all of these things in my diet, and how long do you thing a 'starvation period' should last?

This isn’t a healthy diet, but you have to trick your body into thinking that it is getting food on a regular basis.
Each three hours eat a very small amount such as half an apple or half a protein bar. This will trick your body into thinking it is supplied with food but it really isn't. It'll work for a tiny while but you'll end up damaging your body permanently because lack of nutrients.

You can't. Eat at least 1200 calories per day of a balanced diet: meat, veg, grain, spread out over 4 small meals. The trampoline will help burn calories and speed up your metabolism.

If all you eat in a day is two slices of bread your body will go into starvation mode. Even adding pineapple juice won't help, and it doesn't speed up your metabolism. It's just fruit juice!

Because you are female you’ll not anticipate to get your brother blessed results. however two pieces of whole wheat bread. basically higher carbs. might I advocate this? for a starvation diet as you say with high work outs.
in the morning drink 3 oz of juice your choice. with 1/2 banana and a cup of oatmeal cereal like the microwavable brand your choice flavor. for lunch have soup or salad with a lower fat but not zero fat as taste is important. the soup is one big bowful of full veggies of your choice or a store brand which inincidental has a lot of sodium. lettus salad or coleslaw as much as you like with limited meats and cheese on it.

for dinner. have soup, salad, fruit cup, sugar free jello puddin, jello's. they help fill you and eat as a snack oatmeal again. as its a filler and fiber will remove 10% of your waste out your system. so if you’ve trouble on the two weeks. add this. egg whites. as many as you like with a breakfast menu. sorry limit bread to one if you need it for energy. but eat more fruit. fresh is preferred. good luck.

Okay. I understand if you want to loose weight fast, and dont care about being healthy, but, My sister did this diet as well. At first it was fine, 'cept she was hungry, but then it went away. Well she did almost everything you listed, only she drank coke not just water…well
She devolped anorexia, and now has heart problems from the short 6 months she did this.
Please dont do this diet, there are a lot of ways to loose weight healthy without putting stress on your body its not healthy, and you could get what my sister got. Shes in college now, and i think shes fine but she sometimes like just forgets to eat and yeah. So please, dont do this. Count calories, eat veggies, just not this one.
