I normally eat properly but this day was a bit strange as i didn't follow my usual eating plan : ]
i had a bowl of fruit and fibre at about 8 this morning
Then i didn't eat again till about 5:30 and that was a really small bowl of chili (and i mean small lol) and a wholemeal pitta bread
then i ate around 5 slices of Terry's chocolate orange
i've walked a bit 2day, around 30 minutes i would state so i think my exercise isn't to bad.
bearing in mind my diet is never normally like this i would just like to know how many calories you would state i have eaten today?
i'm honestly not interested in hearing about having to do more exercise etc as i would normally do more and eat better.

It sounds very good and you have it under control but remember. If you think that you are under weight it means that you are under eating that’s why you are losing weight. If you under eat then your body will think that it should take from the supply it already has which is from the body itself it actually eats its self that’s why no weight is put on and the person gets skinnier. it will cause serious problems later on with the bones.
A safe diet that i eat is to eat every four hours so that my body doesn't stave itself and it knows that I’m going to be regular with the food because if it thinks it won't get any food then it will store up the food it gets and make me even more fatter although I don't eat much.
So eat each four hours have anything even if it is a stick of celery just pop it in but in your case you’ve to eat more a healthy calorie count is 2000 a day unless you exercises then it will be 2500 a day so that your body doesn't eat it self. and your body will behavior correctly and doesn't think that it is on a famine. If it thinks this then it will store store and store. Hence huge belly. Eat Carbs during the day and eat slow releasing ones like, potato's, whole wheat, oats, rice, bread. One massive potato is a portion and a half. So watch your portion sizes because you will need to eat more to make up the difference and eat often each four hours. Good luck it works for me.
