on your body type and how strict and determined you are to follow a diet and exercise plan and routine.
An breathtaking way to tone up and lose weight is to climb down and up your stairs for 30-45 minutes everyday. Then do crunches to tone up the abs. Also do weights to tone your arms. Doing the arm thing gets annoying so even when your in the kitchen grab two heavy cans and begin lifting them with both of your hands for at least 20 minutes each day. Also try jogging, walking , biking. Also great ways to lose weight! DRINK LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER EVERYDAY ! A lot of times we think were hungry but in fact were just really thirsty !! If you've got extra cash and the time try taking yoga or dance classes. Buy a dog ! Buying a dog is the ideal thing you can do. You don't got any choice but to walk the dog everyday! So you’ve to exercise because you don't have a way out. Don't eat a lot of meat if you are a meat lover !!!! Try eating beans instead. But remember eating meat is also very important ! Eat each hour BUT eat small things like a peach , lowfat yogurt ,apple. Don't eat junk food. Also don
t purchase foods that state “light” or low in fat because all of that’s a large lie and its bull—–**** . Instead everyweek reward yourself with a choclate bar since your not going to eat any junl food or snaks in that week.

Here's sum simple tips besides the obvious of exercises and eating healthy

I used to eat from paper plates to absorbs any extra oils or fats

eat plenty of chili as it increases your metabolism

Give yourself treats as rewards eg a facial

water before meals to fill you

drink iced water as ur body uses Cal's to warm it up

eating celery burns more cals, dan whats in d actual celery stick

and eat from a small plate, wit a small spoon, and put in down between mouthfuls, and not in front of the tv, tricks your mind you've eaten loads
