Answer:
start off slowly, raise your heartbeat for a few mins a day doing starjumps or something and build it up as it becomes easier
also make sure your diet is well balanced!
Answer:
your energy could have dwindled due to lack of iron or b12 deficiency.. your gp can run tests. i take a multi vitamin and b 12 each day and its taken a month but im feeling much better. ive also started taking gingseng in the moraning noticed big improvement in my energy levels. the one im taking is 'ortis' it comes in a liquid. you can get it in most pharmacies or health food stores.
also i heard that pharmaton is good. its got iron, mlutivit and gingseng in it.
also make sure your getting good sleep and enough water.
Answer:
Get enough sleep, eat a balanced diet, develop a regular exercise schedule, and stay away from energy drinks (Amp, Red Bull, etc) because they make you crash. Too much caffeine from coffee can also have this effect. As much as possible, develop a set routine for your day. Your body will adapt to being awake at certain times and falling asleep at others.
Answer:
Eat superior. Remove 90% of the wheat from your diet, and as much corn syrup as possible. Then work on reducing the sugar. I’ve no problem eating meat, it is really hard to eat enough protein without it, and unfortunately, we aren't cows or rabbits. We’re designed to be omnivores, so we work best with everything tossed in there. Would you anticipate a bear to do well on berries alone? Heck no, it needs the salmon and the occasional deer.
Next, exercise. For me it took about 3 weeks, and then it was like turning on the rocket fuel.
Oh, and make sure you get enough sleep and 3 l of water a day.
Answer:
healthy - vegetarian
unhealthy - red bull
