I’ve some digital loo scales but it's carpet floor, how accurate is that, would I weight less or more than on hard floor?
Is there anything I have the ability to put underneath them to make it accurate as I don't have feet for it

Answer:
If you don't have a hard floor anywhere in the home, you'll need a flat board under the scales. A baking tray or a chopping board might be large enough. On just the carpet they won't give a consistent result, sometimes over, sometimes under, absolutely unreliable.

Answer:
Just put something solid underneath it. Some books as long as theyre the same width.

It'll only effect it if the carpets stopping the scales from fully lowering as far as they go.
