First of all - I am female. Just recently I’ve started doing all the exercise possible. I had a flat stomach and I wasn't sure how to tone it up a tiny bit.
I just noticed that I can feel my abs but I can't see them.
So I decided to do a few ab exercises, some running, walking and my favourite sport - skateboarding.
If I can feel my abs does that mean I’ve to lose weight? When I lift my thumb up that bone in my hand sticks out a lot. I have small wrists - but I fear that I'm fat around my neck and jaw.
I've also ate a lot for my tea this day and I've noticed I had a few fat bulging. Is this because I have ate a lot or have I put on a heck lot of fat? It's been getting me depressed for the past hour. I stand up and it isn't really bulging it's only when I sit down.
I added that in because I wanted to know if I'm gaining weight and not losing weight.
I'm in my teen years, so this might mean I'm on a growth spurt?
I don't know…… but I'd be very grateful if you could help me out here I'm obsessed about my weight I always think I'm fat…….
So:
I have the ability to feel my abs but can't see them, does this mean I'm nearly on my way to getting visible abs or does it mean I'm fat?
Is my stomach bulging because I ate a lot or does it mean I've strangely put on a lot of fat… OR am I on a growth spurt?
Thanks!

Answer:
Because you stated you were a teenager, it makes me think that your probably still growing so you shouldn't worry about being fat because you probably are not. As long as you have a healthy diet and exercise then your fine, As you can tell I’m not the best person to gve advice but if you just go to a doctor or PT or something along those lines they’ll be able to answer your concerns considering they’ll be able to see you.
