How much will i have lost?
I am 20… 152lb and 5 ft 6

So i have breakfast lunch and dinner and if i want a snack, it will be crabsticks.
My intake is about 700-900calories each day… Then i exercise for about 1 hour, either walking or fitness dvd or something like that.

How much will i lose? I know its not healthy but im going on holiday in 3 months and just want to lose some of that weight, i dont mind if i put it back on when i come back.

Answer:
You can lose 10 pounds over the course of three months with a very normal, non-extreme diet plan.

Your weight is based on how many calories you take in as opposed to how many you exert. 3500 calories a pound.

If you cut out just 250 calories from what your normal diet is, and exercise off 250 calories a day (about 35-40 min of moderate exercise) you’ll lose the 10 pounds in just a tiny over 2 months, and have 4 weeks to spare.

Good luck. :-)

Answer:
i know you've already stated this yourself, but this is really unhealthy. u already have a normal bmi, so this isn't wise.
if u r determined to diet tho, and ure gonna keep this up for 3 whole months, then i'd advocate increasing ure calories intake to atleast13/1400 calories a day to support the amount of exercise ure doing!… ure gonna lose a lot of weight.

Answer:
I dunno about how much you'd lose, but a diet so extreme will likely cause dehydration and deficiency. You could even end up in hospital. I strongly advocate you consult a doctor if you want a diet that is going to help you to lose weight in a healthy way.

Answer:
an adult(18 and up) can get away with only eating 1200 calories a day..any less(for example..900 or 700) is considered a crash diet

your body goes into starvation mode and makes it harder to loose the weight because it thinks your starving weather your hungry or not
