well for breakfast i have a boiled egg,, lunch some tuna with salad no dressing and for dinner a small soup and tea and water through out day.

wow you eat like an etheopian. yes will work for a few days then your body adjust ans your back to were you started. you want to know easiestdiet. eat what ever you want. who ever state you need to eat small portioned meals spaced out is talking out there butt no evidence. all you need to do is make sure you get some efas like fish oil caps and plenty of protien. like 1 gram per pound of weight the rest doesnt matter fried chicken mcflurries a calorie is a calorie. just make sure you’re not eating more than your body burns. good place to start is your weight times 12 then go from there . you can eat once twice or even 20 times a day it will make no difference.

if you do this diet one of two things will happen,
1. you will die of malnutrtion
2. you will lose weight for a while and then you’ll break the diet and put on weight due to your body being in starvation mode (this is where the body panics and stores each calorie it can find

it is much safer and more reliable to lose weight slowly this way it stays off

if you are desperate to lose weight swiftly, this is a crash diet but it is usually used before gastric bypass surgery and SHOULD NOT be used for more than 2 weeks

you may have upto 200ml of milk per day
as much water as you can possibly drink
Tea as much as you like provided you dont use more than your milk rashion or use sugar (you can get away with a sweatener as long as you dont go mad)

breakfast: 2 wheatabix + some of your milk rashion

snack - fruit, orange, apple, banana

Lunch: 2 rashes of grilled back bacon 2 slices of whole meal bread
OR 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of whole meal bread

snack - fruit, orange, apple, banana

dinner: a potato the size of a large egg
any meat the size of the palm of your hand
veg enough to fill the rest of your plate

avoid - nuts

you can skip the snacks if you like

again NO MORE THAN 2 WEEKS

in my opinion you’re not eating enough..
all those meals are perfect but i would suggest having some small snacks in between meals. you actually loose more weight if you eat tiny things consistently throughout the day. this occurs because if your body does not get anything(and those things can still be healthy), it will start building up fats on its own to support you. if you continue to eat how you’re, you might actually gain weight and eventually your metabolism will crash.

some healthy snacks are:
-nutrition bars( nature valley)
-balance bars
-luna bars
-fruit
-small amounts of cheese (cheese with wheat crackers, string cheese)
-wheat toast would also be good for breakfast ( you need some grains)
-wheat thins
