Well i'm only 16, 5'3 and 108 pounds.
i go to the gym twice a week for about an hour and a half each time, as i try not to overdo it and do a bit of everything, e.g cardio, muscle building and sit ups etc.
I then go street dancing for an hour each thursday and for the rest of the week i get about an hours walking in everyday, as i sometimes walk to school and nearly almost walk into town and back on my lunch break.
is this ok for someone of my age? am i doing enough?
